ResumeAnna ("we", "us", "our") provides professional resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn & Naukri profile-optimization guidance. Services are delivered remotely, primarily over WhatsApp. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We offer resume writing (Basic, Premium, and Global plans), cover letters, profile-optimization packs for LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed, and website design & development. Exact inclusions for each service are described on the relevant page of this website.
Our resumes are designed to work well with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) by using clean structure and relevant keywords. Please note there is no single official or universal ATS standard across the industry; we follow widely accepted best practices, and results can vary between different employers and software.
Prices are listed on this website in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be updated from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed with you on WhatsApp at the time of ordering.
Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp. We may require full payment or an advance before work begins. Once confirmed, orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours unless otherwise agreed. Final files are provided in editable Word and PDF formats.
A bill is given on request for any payment — advance payment, part payment or full payment. Ask for it on WhatsApp and we will send the bill to you on WhatsApp or by email, showing the service, amount, date and payment reference.
We treat everything you send us as confidential. All data you share with us is deleted within 24 hours of your order being delivered and your free edit window closing — this includes your resume, drafts, documents and personal details such as name, contact number, email and career information. We do not archive, back up, sell or share your files.
Because of this, please keep your own copy of the delivered Word and PDF files; we will not be able to resend them once they are deleted. If you need an edit, request it within the free-edit window. Where a bill has been issued, only a minimal billing record (service, amount, date and payment reference) may be retained for as long as any record-keeping requirement applies. Each order includes 1 free edit within 24 hours of delivery for genuine changes. After that, or beyond 24 hours, additional edits are charged at ₹50 per edit. To request an edit, message us on WhatsApp with the specific changes you'd like.
Because each resume and guide is custom work involving time and effort, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
We work to improve the quality and visibility of your resume and profiles. However, we do not and cannot guarantee interview calls, job offers or any specific career outcome. These depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, market demand, competition, salary expectations and recruiter requirements.
For LinkedIn and Naukri optimization, you update your own profile using our guide. We never ask for your passwords or login access. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Any paid platform upgrades (such as LinkedIn Premium or Naukri add-ons) are optional and are your own choice and expense.
Once your order is fully paid, the final resume or document we create for you is yours to use. Our website design, templates, sample layouts and content remain our property and may not be resold or redistributed.
You agree not to misuse our services or communications — including spam, harassment, fraudulent requests, or defamatory statements against us or others.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
