We do not archive or back up your files.
Please save your own copy of the delivered Word and PDF files, because we will not be able to resend them once they are deleted. Where a bill has been issued, a minimal billing record (service, amount, date and transaction reference) may be kept only for as long as any tax or record-keeping requirement applies, and is then removed.
A bill is provided on request for any payment you make to us — advance payment, part payment or full payment. Request it on WhatsApp and we will send it to you on WhatsApp or by email. The bill contains only the service, amount, date and payment reference; we never store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
