How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation. If you're on a tight deadline, let us know on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to prioritise it.
What does "ATS-friendly" mean, and are your resumes ATS-friendly?
Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to scan resumes before a human sees them. An ATS-friendly resume uses a clean structure, standard sections and the right keywords so it's read correctly. Yes — every ResumeAnna resume is built to be ATS-friendly. Note that there is no single universal ATS standard, so we follow widely accepted best practices.
What files will I receive?
You'll get a fully editable Microsoft Word file plus a ready-to-send PDF. The files are yours to keep and reuse whenever you want.
How do edits and revisions work?
Every order includes 1 free edit within 24 hours of delivery for genuine changes. After that (or after 24 hours), additional edits are just ₹50 each. Simply send us what you'd like changed on WhatsApp.
What's the difference between the Basic, Premium and Global resumes?
Basic (₹299) is a crisp 1-page resume ideal for freshers and entry-level roles. Premium (₹399) is a detailed 2-page, keyword-rich resume for professionals, with an optional photo and a free cover letter on request. Global (₹499) is a 2–3 page executive resume for managers, senior professionals and CXOs — and the same plan covers jobs abroad in European/Europass, Australian, US-Canada and Gulf formats. Both plans above Basic include a free cover letter on request.
Do I get a cover letter?
Yes — a free cover letter is available on request with the Premium and Global resume plans. Just mention it on WhatsApp when you order.

Never. We do not ask for your password or login access — even if you offer it — so your account always stays 100% secure. You update your own profile using our simple step-by-step guide.
Do you guarantee a job or interview calls?
No — and we'd rather be honest than over-promise. We optimize your resume and profile to maximise quality and visibility, but interview calls and job offers depend on your experience, market demand, competition, salary expectations and recruiter requirements. What we guarantee is genuine effort and a strong, professional result.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared on WhatsApp once you confirm your service (usually via UPI or standard Indian payment methods). Work begins after payment or an advance is confirmed. A bill is provided on request for any payment — see below.
Will I get a bill for my payment?
Yes — a bill is given whenever you ask for it, for any payment you make: an advance payment, a part payment or the full payment. Just request it on WhatsApp and we'll send the bill to you on WhatsApp or by email, with the service, amount and date clearly mentioned.
What happens to my resume and personal data after delivery?
All your data is deleted within 24 hours. Once your files are delivered and your free edit window is closed, we permanently delete your resume, documents and personal details (name, contact number, email and career information) from our devices and working folders — within 24 hours. We don't store, sell or share your data with anyone. Please keep your own copy of the delivered files, as we won't be able to resend them afterwards.
What is your refund policy?
Because each resume is custom-made effort, refunds are reviewed case by case. If we haven't delivered your order or clearly missed the agreed scope, we'll make it right. Refunds don't apply to quality preferences after your free revision, or to outcome-based expectations like getting a job. See our
